1What is included in the training?
​
We offer presentations, direct experiential practices in stress management. Audio practices and online platform learning. Courses are tailor-made according to your organisations needs.
2 Is there any religion involved?
​
No. This is a secular and practical application of stress reduction using mindful practices. All faiths or non faiths are welcome.
3 Do I need to practice what I learn into everyday life?
​
In order to make behavioural changes it is beneficial to practice a little every day. Practicing a short meditation or a more informal practice of being mindful in everyday activities.

4 What qualifies iMind Training to carry out this training?
​
The qualification in Mindful Based Stress Reduction developed by Dr John Kabat-Zinn in the University of Massachusetts is considered the gold standard in this type of training and comes with the backing of evidence based research. Neuroscience is studying and has uncovered structural changes in the brain as a result of the 8 week MBSR training.
