Donna Wright

Donna studied Business Management in 1994. She completed a Yoga Teacher Training in 2002 with Yoga Training and Therapy Centre (YTTC) and became a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor in 2016 which culminated in a Certificate after 18 months of study, 30 hours of instructing and a thesis along with many hundred hours of self practice.  She has 18 years facilitating yoga and meditation and 19 years as a Senior in Aer Lingus leading groups until she took up a role as manager in 2013.  Having developed skills in crew resource management, interpersonal skills, communication and she brings this experience combined with stress reducing practices to corporate companies. Mindful practices, learning and understanding stress and how to self care has been a pathway to increased energy, vitality, mental clarity and happier living and now Donna is reaching out to employees to teach the skill set needed to reduce stress and to improve resilience.
